IMPORTANT: Nearly all documents of this nature require one or two witnesses in addition to a notary.
***This is by far the most difficult part of coordinating the appointment.***
ChristianaCare's policy prohbits employees from serving in this capacity and the witnesses must be unrelated by birth, marriage or adoption.
Please look over the documents and be aware of any places that specifically call for a witness or witnesses to countersign. (see example)
