Jamie Campbell is a mobile notary with a decade of experience working with lenders, title companies, buyers, sellers, and real estate agents in northern Delaware.
To have Jamie travel to your location to notarize your real estate, deed package, or other mortgage documents, text or call 302-750-9678 now.
Typically, clients are already in possession of the documents, but in most cases Jamie can receive the documents via FedEx/UPS, notarize and leave them with the clients, or return the notarized documents to the title company via FedEx/UPS.
Documents can also be emailed to and printed by Jamie, whether leaving the notarized documents with the client, or retaining custody and care, and returning them via FedEx/UPS using a provided prepaid shipping label.
In the case of extremely urgent closings, deed packages and other real estate mortgage and settlement documents can be scanned or photographed and returned via email or SMS.
and many more
A significant portion of the real estate documents that I notarize are deed packages sent to the seller by the title company.
These packages range from a dozen pages to over 100 pages and typically include eight to sixteen pages that require notarization.
Some of these pages require a witness to countersign though it is not always clear or labeled as such. In some instances, the notary can serve as the witness, though that is a question that must be asked of the title company or real estate attorney handle the transaction.
After notarization, the documents are returned to the title company for processing.
Jamie has been traveling to notarize real estate and loan documents since 2014.
To have Jamie travel to your location to notarize your settlement documents, deed package, or other mortgage instruments, text or call Jamie at 302-750-9678 now.
